Today was nice. After 1st period, an awesome song from 'Collateral' came on the intercom. That, alone, would've made my day. But other things did, too. :)
I'm going to Ocala this weekend to go hang out with the Grands. I wish I was staying in town. If Sara or Elanor try to call, I won't be here to take the call. And, I just want to be home. It makes me feel good, knowing that I'm not too far away from people I know.
And Charlie, I have your P&P book with me still, obviously. I'll give it back to you on Monday. Thank you so much. I'm going to name my first boy after you, because you saved my hide. ;) |

We got our second scenes today in Acting B. I'm working with Sara Alexander and Elanor Panico. I'm excited.
Tomorrow is going to have it's awkward parts, moreso in fourth period than any other. It was time for action, anyway. I shouldn't always be so shy. Just let people know how you feel about them. You never know if you'll ever have another chance. I've said it before, and I'm sure I'll say it again.
Milan and I did our presentation today in Art History. I'm doing really well in that class now, which is amazing, to me.

Today was good, although I had another one of those drill-an-air-hole-in-my-head-to-relieve-the-pressure headaches. After school, I had some yummy white rice with chopsticks to take the place of the lunch I didn't eat during lunch.
It sucks when your body is two inches away from the one you yearn for, and he smells so good, but you can't say a thing because you're just too...
On fire.
And not in the sexual way. Or the mad way. In a strange way that I can't describe, but I'm sure some of you understand. |

</b>I got out of school early today... to go to the dentist. I was fine with the needle. Pssh, what needle? And the little, high-pitched 'bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz' drill, CAKE!
But... the thing that made my arm hairs stand and deliver: the 'da-thunk da-thunk', low gurgle drill. Gross. And it tasted all rusty, although there probably wasn't any rust. And the whole time, I was thinking of The Dresden Dolls' 'Girl Anachronism'.
But other than that, today was great! Brush regularly and floss DAILY. Please take my word on this one. |

I hope you had a good Valentine's day! And hey, it's still going on. Mine is actually going quite nicely, despite the fact that I don't have anyone to share it with.
My dad bought me the The Dresden Dolls cd. It's really cool so far. I love their vibe.
Today was my first day in Psychology. I love it so far, and I love knowing why he asks the questions he asked. He asked us what our favorite color was, as specific as can be, and mine is this blue-pink color that two stage lights make, forming a translucent, almost cloudy purple haze.

I just saw the cutest guy on an America Online commercial talking about Nostradamus. I probably spelled that wrong.
Milan and I watched 'Ju-on' and 'The Joy Luck Club' last night. 'Ju-on' was the original Japanese version of 'The Grudge', and it was infinitely better than our version. It's creepy.
Milan's done in the shower now, so I'll see you all tomorrow! Well, those of you that go to D.A., that is. |

I'm having fun!! I'm at Milan's house right now, sitting and listening to songs. I've found that I like The Dresden Dolls. Who'd a thunk it?
I got a pedicure with my mom today. It was nice. And the color's called "I'm Not Really A Waitress". Then, we went to Panera's, which I also love. And I saw Josh and Tristan around Jax, which was weird and cool.

I saw Adrienne today after school. I'm gonna miss you, Ria.
Today was actually pretty good! My brother's home for the weekend, which is good, but he's got Strep throat, which isn't. I hope he gets better soon.

I think I have a bruised lung. That's what my dad thinks it is, at least, and I think so, too.
I am completely, utterly in love and maybe even obsessed... with 'The Nearness of You' by Norah Jones. It popped into my head during Great Books, which may soon be Psychology for me. Which would thrill me more than you know.

I wish you could hear this song. It's great, and I'm learning it on the piano. I've already got Norah Jones' voice down pat.
Today, after Panera with my daddy, we laid outside in the grass with Groucho and closed our eyes. It's funny how everything looks cleaner when you open your eyes, and how peaceful it is in long sleeves and pants, no itchy grass disturbing you. You should try it. |

'Are We There Yet?' What a cute movie. It'll make your eyes water.
I don't know why I was even at all fearful about Higgins' critique. My scene was way too rushed and my voice too sickly to be any good at all, but his advice went to our director. Most of it did. I did hear a lot that I was too soft, though, which wouldn't have been said if this stupid cough wasn't with me.
But it went okay, and I'm mostly glad it was over (and that Mat Shorstein wasn't here to've seen it ;) ).
Lauren and Milan, I enjoyed hanging out with you today during 3rd. It was fun. :)
